Myrtales restaurant is considered as a local favourite place to dine in Halkidiki for more than 7 years. Our team is presenting a unique mix of well known all over the world Greek dishes prepared in a modern way. Olive oil, mouth watering Greek salad with feta, milky white ouzo, olives, variety of Greek wines and flavourful oregano will make you fall in love within one second not only with our restaurant but with the country itself.

Myrtales is paying very close attention to the quality of the ingredients we are using in order to make food for our beloved guests. Having our own garden, where the vegetables grown in an Eco friendly way help us in creating healthy plates while enjoying one of the best views in this area – Mount “Olympus”.

Our chef Vasilis Panagopoulos studied and got his postgraduate degree in Geneva and in 2019 he was awarded with a SIlver Spoon in European cooking competition. Today, the head chef describes his philosophy that was inspired by Christoforos Peskias and Chrysanthos Karamolegos as the one that is based mostly on cooking with passion and love. Additionally, Vasilis Panagopoulos believes that the “class” of his plates depends on the quality of the food and materials used in the process. “Cooking is an emotion, “ the chef explained, “ and it needs to be shown on the plate.”
